A chocolate strap at ZEALANDE? We've got you there!

After rubber, will there be chocolate straps in our catalog? The most gourmet watch enthusiasts will certainly have been delighted. Unfortunately for them, April Fool's Day obliges, ZEALANDE wanted to immerse itself in this prankster spirit. Our team wanted to play along on this day of jokes of all kinds. Many of you have probably already guessed, but for the more optimistic among you, sorry: it won't be this time.

April 1st is THE day when all kinds of announcements are made. Many brands make somewhat zany or funny announcements, or take the opportunity to give their consumers a scare. At ZEALANDE, we couldn't escape it. We thought about it and had several ideas (chameleon straps, launching into rubber laces, etc.), but greed being a universal value, we unanimously chose chocolate. A perfect nod to Easter, which is fast approaching. But a chocolate strap, beyond its delicious aspect, remains a symbolic choice. Like watchmaking, chocolate finds the roots of its know-how in Switzerland. A nice nod that we wanted to make, because our primary passion is and will remain luxury watchmaking.

So there are no ZEALANDE chocolate straps planned. Even though our team would have liked to see them come out too, we would surely have eaten them all before being able to send them to you. Failing to be made of chocolate, our brown rubber straps might be able to cheer you up?
