Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with ZEALANDE® within 30 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically takes possession of the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next working day.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter or email) to:

Effects of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, ZEALANDE® will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard option offered. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Return Costs & Fees

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. A return fee of €15 per order will be charged to cover credit card fees, packaging, restocking and shipping costs. This fee is disclosed prior to purchase in our general terms and conditions.

When returning goods, please indicate that the return is for an order and declare no commercial value, to avoid import duties being charged to ZEALANDE®.

Condition of Returned Goods

Products must be returned with all accessories and original packaging (including the ZEALANDE® plastic packaging, white cardboard box, cleaning cloth, spring bars, etc.). If any items are missing or returned in poor condition, additional charges may apply. Products may have been assembled but must not have been worn, damaged, cut, altered or stained.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as watch pouches personalised by hot stamping.
