ARTICLE 5 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the WINNER'Z Competition is linked to the purchase of one of the following products on the website www.zealande.com:
- 1 T-shirt priced at €49.90 (or USD 59.90, GBP 43.90, AUD 87.90, NZD 99.90 if purchased from a relevant geographical area) = 1 entry
- 1 digital poster to print, priced at €39.90 (or USD 49.90, GBP 34.90, AUD 70.90, NZD 80.90 if purchased from a relevant geographical area) = 1 entry
- 2 ZEALANDE rubber wristbands (NATO, universal, or curved) purchased in addition to the purchase of a T-shirt or digital poster mentioned above: 1 additional entry (i.e., 2 entries in total). Wristbands purchased on their own do not generate any entries. Each set of two wristbands adds one additional entry only if one of the above-mentioned T-shirts or digital posters has been purchased beforehand.
All entries will be validated after confirmation of purchase and actual payment for the order in question.
Each participant may take part in the WINNER'Z Competition as many times as they wish, as there is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided that each entry complies with the conditions set out in these rules.
No order placed on the website www.zealande.com may be refunded on the grounds that the participant has not won one of the prizes in the WINNER'Z Competition.
In the event of withdrawal, refund, cancellation, payment refusal, or chargeback, the entries associated with the order in question will be automatically canceled and the entry in the WINNER'Z Competition attached to the order will be automatically withdrawn.
ARTICLE 6 – DRAWING OF WINNERS
Once 1,000 entries have been registered and validated, a draw will be held in the presence of a bailiff.
The draw will successively designate:
- the winner of prize no. 1,
- the winner of prize no. 2,
- the winner of prize no. 3.
The Judicial Officer will also conduct an additional draw to designate a substitute winner for each prize in the event that the initial winners do not claim their prize and/or do not comply with the commitments set out in these rules (in particular those set out in Article 10).
Each participant may only be awarded one prize, even if their name is drawn several times.
If a participant is initially selected in the draw for one prize and then selected again for another prize, they will be considered to have already won a prize, and a new draw will be held for the remaining prize(s) to select another eligible winner.
This procedure guarantees the fairness of the draw and ensures that each prize is awarded to a different participant.
No exchange or cash equivalent will be accepted for the prizes awarded, except in cases of force majeure at the initiative of the Organizer.
ARTICLE 7 – ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS AND AWARDING OF PRIZES
Within 7 days of the draw, winners will be notified individually by telephone and email at the address provided when they entered.
Winners must respond to the Organizer by email in order to:
- confirm their acceptance of the prize won,
- provide a copy of their current ID,
- provide proof of ownership of the payment method used to place the order,
- select the bracelets they have won (for prizes no. 2 and no. 3),
- provide any missing information requested by the Organizer,
- provide all necessary information regarding the terms and conditions for delivery of their prize.
Where possible, prizes will be delivered to winners in person.
Otherwise, prizes will be sent to winners by post (DHL or UPS), with the Organizer paying the delivery costs and the winner paying any customs duties that may apply depending on the location chosen for delivery of the prize.
If a winner does not respond within one month of being notified of their win by email, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.
In this case, the prize will be awarded to the corresponding substitute winner (see Article 6).
The new winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions as those set out above.
