On our website, each product page corresponds to a specific watch model. When your watch appears on the product page, it means that we offer a strap that fits it, whether it is straight or curved. Our universal straps, which are available in several widths, can also be fitted to a wide range of watch models. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us HERE.
Curved straps follow the shape of the watch for a more integrated and harmonious look which you can view HERE.
Straight (universal) straps fit more watches with classic lug widths, as long as the size you choose is correct. We have a wide range of widths available: 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, and 24mm, which you can view HERE.
The difference is in the length of the strap. The Large version is slightly longer than the Classic version and is suitable for larger wrists.

If no curved strap is available for your watch, there is most likely one of our universal straps (with straight ends) that will fit your watch HERE. Simply measure the width between the lugs (in millimeters) of your watch and choose the corresponding ZEALANDE strap. Our models are suitable for the vast majority of watches on the market.
The list of compatible models is indicated directly on each product page in the “COMPATIBILITIES” section. If your watch is not listed, it may not yet be supported. You can send us a message so that we can help you find the most suitable model for your watch HERE.
You can measure the distance between the two lugs of your watch using a ruler or caliper.
The most common sizes are 20 mm, 21 mm, and 22 mm.
Yes, some of our universal models are compatible with the Apple Watches using our specific adapters and other smartwatches such as Garmin or other brands.

2. Materials & Finishes
All our straps are made of premium vulcanized FKM rubber, a durable, flexible, and hypoallergenic material. It is highly resistant to salt water, heat, chlorine, and UV rays, while offering lasting comfort.
Depending on the rubber strap model, pin buckles are available in the following finishes: Brushed, Polished, Gold, and Black PVD. Each product page lists the available options.
Yes, as long as the width of the buckle and the pin are identical. You can easily replace your buckle to change the finish. Please note that our pin buckles have a screw-in pin that we secure with threadlocker to prevent it from coming loose. If you unscrew a pin buckle that we have fitted in our workshop, you will need to reapply threadlock to ensure complete safety.
No. FKM rubber retains its shape and tension, even after years of use.
3. Order & Payment
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are 100% secure.
Our orders are processed very quickly. However, as long as the order has not left our premises, it can of course be changed, as we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as payment is made, followed by a second email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Sometimes our emails end up in our customers' spam folders, so if you have not received any emails from us after your purchase, please check your spam folder.
4. Delivery (UPS Express & DHL Express)

All our shipments are made with UPS Express or DHL Express for fast and secure delivery.
- France: 1 to 2 business days after shipment
- Europe: 2 to 3 business days
- International (outside the EU): 3 to 5 business days
- These delivery times apply once the package has been picked up by UPS or DHL.
- We ship all orders from France (Bordeaux).
Yes, of course. You will receive a UPS or DHL tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This will allow you to track your package in real time.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific instructions for us in this regard.

5. Returns & Warranty
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, provided that the bracelet is new, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Assembled bracelets or those showing signs of use cannot be returned.

All our FKM rubber bracelets are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. Intentional cuts or tears, normal wear and tear, or damage due to misuse are not covered.
6. Installation & Maintenance
Installation is simple with a standard bar tool. Video tutorials are available on our official YouTube channel or HERE.
When we develop a curved rubber strap model, we do so to ensure it can be fitted with the original pumps. If our curved rubber strap requires new pumps for an optimal fit, then yes, pumps will be supplied.All universal straps (with straight ends) in 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm widths come with a pair of buckles.
The 19mm, 21mm, and 24mm models do not come with a pair of lugs.
All of our “NATO” models are designed to be fitted with the original lugs from our customers' watches and do not come with a pair of lugs.

If you do not have the tools to fit your rubber strap or remove your metal bracelet, we have selected a range of tools that will enable you to do so.They are available in our “TOOLS” collection.
Yes, of course. Any watchmaker can fit a ZEALANDE rubber strap in a matter of minutes.
Rinse it regularly with clean water, dry it with a soft cloth, and avoid prolonged contact with solvents, oils, or perfumes. The Chrono Pen is available on our website and makes it easy to clean your watch and strap. Simple maintenance will extend the life of the rubber.
Yes. Our straps can withstand diving, salt water, and chlorine without any problems. They are designed for everyday use, including sports and water activities.

You can customize your rubber strap by choosing from a wide range of colors, sometimes choosing between Classic or Large sizes, and choosing from several buckle options.You also have the option of adding a folding clasp, available in several finishes.Upon request and based on a quote, it is possible to create a specific model for a dedicated watch or create a specific color.
